At the Heatherleigh Restaurant, we offer English, Continental and Ethnic cuisine cooked to a very high standard by our experienced chefs. Meals are served in our spacious dining room, which is fully air-conditioned and seats up to one hundred people.

For a small charge, our kitchens can also provide packed lunches for your day trips or return journey.

We are happy to cater for guests with special dietary needs, providing we are given notice of your requirements in advance of your stay.

Come and put your feet up in one of our luxurious lounges, and enjoy an evening's music and dancing from a variety of local entertainers.

In the summer months, you can bask in the sunshine out on our decked veranda, with a refreshing drink at your elbow. In the heat of the midday sun or the cool of the evening, you can enjoy an al-fresco meal and a glass of wine in the pleasant surroundings of our leafy patio.

In the relaxing ambience of the Heatherleigh Hotel Cocktail Bar, you can rest from your sightseeing while we look after you.
Our attentive staff will be happy to supply pre-dinner drinks from our well-stocked bar, or to serve you at while you dine in the Heatherleigh bar, whether your fancy is a deliciously chilled bottle of Chablis or a rich Bourdeax from our cellar. We can even deliver drinks to your table in our lounge during the evening's entertainment.

Our cosy bar lounge is open from mid-morning, serving coffee, lunchtime snacks and afternoon tea and biscuits. Whenever you stop by, there will be someone on hand to serve your every need.

The Heatherleigh Hotel offers 52 attractively furnished bedrooms, all of which enjoy central heating, en-suite facilities, colour television and hospitality trays. Front-facing rooms are graced by spectacular sea views eastwards to Hastings and 1066 country, and westwards to Beachy Head. Rear-facing rooms present the soothing vista of the South Downs.

At the Heatherleigh Hotel we understand that some guests will have special mobility requirements. For your convenience, most of our rooms are serviced by a lift. However, due to the historic nature of our building, some corridors do contain steps. Please contact us in advance if you would like to discuss booking a room in a particular ground-floor location.
